As shown in the figure, according to the definition of long-distance pipelines: the medium transported is specifically oil and gas. If other media are transported and their length and pressure meet the requirements, do they still qualify as long-distance pipelines?
Not counted. Long-distance pipelines refer specifically to those used for transporting oil and gas; if they are used to transport other substances, they do not fall under the category of long-distance pipelines, even if their length and pressure meet the relevant standards. .
It should be applicable only to oil and gas pipelines. For other media, the corresponding specification requirements should be sought.
