What is the typical amount of inward leakage of the primary seal gas in dry gas seals? Thank you all!
In fact, it can be approximated as the flow rate of the primary sealing gas
I think the amount of leakage inward should be less than the amount of air intake; most of it should be discharged to the atmosphere or via a flare
The internal leakage rate generally accounts for about 85% of the gas volume of the primary seal
