The water levels on both sides show differently; one side has water level while the other does not. After operating the drain switch several times, the side that previously had no water level now has water level, while the side that had water level now has none. The drain valve remains open at all times. (The system is still in the water inlet testing phase; there is no steam, and the levels of other liquids are not displayed either). I’m not sure what the reason is
A foreign object has gotten stuck in the float of the magnetic flip-level gauge, and it needs to be removed and cleaned.
It’s probably not caused by a foreign object getting stuck; if the color display is intermittent, then there is indeed a foreign object or the magnetic flap is not functioning properly. In this case, you can use a magnet to stroke it up and down a few times. I have also encountered the same situation described by the original poster with magnetic flap level gauges that have electric contacts on their gas stove steam collectors: the level is indicated in white when there is liquid present, and in red when the tank is empty. I asked the electrical and instrumentation staff, and it seems that there was an issue with the product selection; since it didn’t affect control or operation, no further investigation was carried out (probably because safety inspections could cause problems). The original poster might as well post in the dashboard section to get confirmation; there are many experts there (I’ll try to find an expert to take a look).

What level gauge? Magnetic flap, mica type, quartz tube? ? ?
