Starting from Shenmu City in the north and extending to Weinan City in the south, this pipeline transports high-quality raw coal from the Yushen coal mining area to the Guanzhong coal chemical industry base in Shaanxi. The project completed successful trial operation in September 2020, and passed the 72-hour continuous operation test organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in April 2024. 　　The Shenwei coal transportation pipeline includes a coal slurry preparation system, a pumping system, a terminal dewatering system, a coal slurry concentration system, a water treatment system, and a storage and transportation system, etc., with over 11,000 pieces of equipment. In light of the reality of pipeline transportation, which involves numerous locations and long transmission routes, Shenwei Pipeline Transportation Company has made steady efforts to implement a dual-prevention mechanism as well as a risk-based management system. It has established emergency response teams dedicated to dealing with issues related to the pipelines themselves, thereby enhancing its capacity to handle emergencies arising from pipeline failures ； By utilizing technological solutions such as the \"Yunzhixing\" inspection vehicle management platform, AI-based intelligent monitoring, and intelligent fire prevention and suppression systems for coal storage bins, intelligent inspections of certain pipelines were carried out. In 2024, over 200,000 kilometers of pipelines and 35,000 kilometers of overhead optical cables were inspected, thereby ensuring the safe operation of these pipelines. 　　Focusing on the rheological properties of the solid-liquid flow in coal slurry, Shenwei Pipeline Transportation Company emphasized production process management, using hourly output as a key indicator to refine the mechanism for adjusting operational loads, thereby maximizing capacity utilization. The company was able to transport up to 32,300 tons of raw coal per day, with single batches operating continuously and stably for over 244 days – all records ； Transform the safety management model for mechanical and electrical equipment to a preventive approach, strengthen the management of unplanned shutdowns, and achieve a equipment integrity rate of 99.5% ； Proactive planning for the annual major maintenance, with reasonable arrangements in terms of personnel, materials, and schedules, ensured the stable and efficient operation of the production system.
