:Lol, restate the procurement technical requirements. . . Add 2 control elements for pipes: outer circumference and ellipticity. Change 2 of the control requirements for pipe fittings: reduce the control requirement for inner diameter by 50%. The internal thinning transition angle is required to be 14°. By achieving the above two points, welding alignment will not be a problem.
The second floor is trying to tell you that if the pipes and fittings are out of spec, then it’s legitimate to request a change.
