This experiment fills the technical gap in this field in China, laying a crucial foundation for the safe development of the country’s hydrogen energy industry. The tests were conducted at the Pipeline Breakage Control Test Site of **Pipeline Network Group in Hami, Xinjiang. To replicate real-world operating conditions as accurately as possible, the testing team utilized an advanced multi-media pipeline testing platform to specifically construct a main hydrogen pipeline with a storage capacity of 12,000 cubic meters. The experiment focused on \"monitoring of continuous leakage and jet fire under various operating conditions,\" simulating various leakage scenarios and fire situations that may occur in hydrogen pipelines during actual operation. The results obtained from this experiment will provide a scientific basis for determining the safe spacing requirements for hydrogen pipelines in our country, help establish a safety standard system for such pipelines, and offer solid data support for the safe large-scale transportation of hydrogen energy.
