If they are the same, then why do pharmaceutical factories have both MVR concentration and double-effect concentration systems?
The efficiency is different; MVR is energy-saving and efficient, equivalent to more than 10 stages of multi-effect evaporation
I’m not sure what you mean. A steam compressor with two concentrators – if that’s the case, it might be a 1-to-2 setup, with valves used to switch between functions: one unit stops for cleaning while the other carries out evaporation and concentration. Swapping the two allows MVR to continue operating continuously
