Today, the drain valve of LCV-310 is leaking. I intended to open the bypass valve, close the manual valves before and after LCV-310, and then replace the drain valve, but the bypass valve is damaged and cannot be opened. Please discuss how to replace the drain valve without shutting down the system

Drain valves should all be small valves; a fixture can be used to enclose the entire valve and seal leaks under pressure.
If it is convenient to access the location where the drain valve needs to be replaced, loosen the bolts one by one and then tighten them again, leaving two bolts at each diagonal to remain tightened. Next, try to empty the 310 liquid level, close the upstream and downstream hand valves, proceed with the replacement as soon as possible, and then reopen the hand valves. If the 310 rises too quickly, the current can be reduced slightly before replacing it
What the friend on the sixth floor said is correct; to add to that, after 310 is emptied, a portion of the liquid goes from the electrolyte tank to the discharge tank, while less liquid flows from the electrolyte tank to the anode circulation tank. This helps to optimize the effective usage time of the liquid levels in both 310 and the circulation tank
You must be referring to the level control valve for the dechlorinated brine tank. We replaced the check valve at the pump outlet once again; the current level dropped to 9 KA, which caused the level in the anode solution circulation tank to drop to zero, and the level in the dechlorinated brine tank was brought down to its lowest point. After that, we stopped the brine pump and replaced the valve. This requires excellent teamwork and thorough preparation to carry out. You need to develop effective plans for handling the situation based on the actual conditions at your site.

We replaced the check valve at the outlet of the brine pump once again; during that process, the current was reduced to 9 KA, the level in the anode solution circulation tank was brought to zero, and the level in the dechlorinated brine tank was lowered to its minimum. The brine pump was stopped for the replacement process, which took 8 minutes. You need to develop a plan suitable for you based on the actual conditions at your site.
