How to deal with high levels of chlorates in alkalis

Recently, the chloride content in our company’s alkali has risen rapidly, from 12 ppm in April to 32 ppm at present, while the salt content in the alkali has remained steady at 19–20 ppm with no increase. I began to suspect that the level of chlorates in the saltwater used in the tanks was too high; it was originally at 8.5 g/l, but by increasing the load for the decomposition of chlorates, this level has now dropped to 5.5 g/l. However, the concentration of chlorates in the alkali continues to rise, and no cause has been identified yet. I hope fellow aquarists can help me out. (No chlorates detected in either the cycle alkali solution or pure water)
