Today, I would like to discuss with everyone an issue regarding the balance pipes in the liquid chlorine system of chlor-alkali plants – namely, those pipes located on the liquid chlorine storage tanks and filling pumps. Should these pipes be balanced with respect to the original chlorine, or with respect to the residual chlorine? Please share your respective goals and pros and cons: handshake

Original chlorine balance; I don’t know why, but it was installed that way in the original design
The pump is balanced with the storage tank; the storage tank can be balanced either with remote chlorine or tail chlorine – I’ve used all these approaches
In terms of tail chlorine balance, how much of an impact can the purity of tail chlorine have?
