Who can provide the contact information of design institutes or companies for the caustic soda process or the ammonia-alkali process (for capacities of 40,000 tons or 50,000 tons)?
Tianchen and Chengda are both large design institutes, but it’s not clear whether they handle the design of alkali plants with a capacity of 40,000–50,000 tons.
Contact is needed for the re-calcination furnace (2800*27000); email: wangwei9540@126.com

40,000–50,000 tons of ammonia-alkali production **won’t be approved for you either now; it’s pointless to go ahead with it. The consumption is too high, equipment investment is substantial, and the capital recovery period is long.
At least add a zero at the end of those numbers currently in use; for enterprises with high energy consumption and high pollution levels, it’s better to have larger numbers, as this makes it easier to handle waste disposal

Qingdao Gulf Chemical Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. was originally part of Qingdao Alkali Industry Development Co., Ltd. (founded in 1958); it used the ammonia-soda process, and after several expansions, it produced 800,000 tons of soda ash per year before shutting down. I realized I made a typo as soon as I wrote it down; it’s a pity I can’t change it. . .
