The company plans to launch new projects in the near future, and caustic soda is an important raw material for these projects; therefore, the company intends to build a chlor-alkali plant with a production capacity of 200,000 tons (on a percent basis). However, the company itself lacks relevant experience; it’s not clear whether it’s more cost-effective to handle this internally or to purchase it. Please have someone from the design institute get in touch with me if there are any questions.
