Recently, the “Crystallizer for Oxalic Acid Crystallization” independently developed by Xinjiang Tianye Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd. was granted a utility model patent by the **Intellectual Property Office. 　　In the oxalic acid production process, the crystallization stage often faces bottlenecks such as slow evaporation rates and uneven heat transfer, which significantly affect the quality of the product. To this end, the technical team drew on the principle of layered temperature control used in steamers, abandoned the traditional crystallization method, and innovatively incorporated multiple layered circular evaporation zones as well as a bottom evaporation zone within the cylindrical shell. This design cleverly transforms the traditional \"single-pot cooking\" approach into an efficient \"multi-layer steamer\" approach, thereby increasing the effective area for gas-liquid exchange. At the same time, this device is equipped with independent air inlets in each evaporation zone, which restructures the fluid dynamics within the tank and enables the water vapor flow to be more dynamic; as a result, heat transfer becomes more uniform, thereby increasing the evaporation and crystallization rate.
