We use tannin extract plus PDS desulfurizer, the highest is 4g/L, usually around 1g/L, the total alkalinity is around 30g/L, the injection pressure is controlled at 0.4 to 0.44Mpa, and the desulfurization efficiency is around 94% to 96%! ! And the pressure difference is difficult to control! ! Please give me some advice from seniors! !
Adding some caustic soda can increase the concentration of sodium carbonate. Appropriately reduce the concentration of pds or tannin extract. If the pressure difference is large, it may be that the tannin extract concentration is higher. Do not control the pds concentration too high.
You can test whether the PH value of the desulfurization liquid is greater than 8.5. If it is low, you can add a little sodium hydroxide as described on the second floor.
