I am new to the sulfuric acid cracking project, and the operating rules given now are all published, and many of them are incomprehensible. 1) What is the function and principle of the electric demister? Do I need to add desalted water to the electric demister? 2) Does the main blower need nitrogen as sealing gas? 3) Is the liquid level balance in the dry cleaning section easy to control? 4) Why should we control the SO2 concentration when entering the conversion section? 5) Please give me some advice on the main issues of the waste acid cracking project.

There are several types of blower seals. Among them, if the carbon ring seal is combined with nitrogen isolation, the sealing effect will be very good.
Which company provides your waste acid regeneration process? Domestic or imported?
