After the HITORK intelligent electric actuator is installed, it needs to perform a full stroke no more than three times in order to calculate these complex data points. Based on various factors, it then automatically adjusts the amount of pre-braking required, ensuring that the actuator completes its operation in one go. This effectively resolves the problem of repeated oscillations that occur when electric actuators are frequently adjusted. 3) The modular design solves the problem of cumbersome later-stage maintenance and repair. Modules of medium and small sizes are interchangeable, and spare parts are standardized, thereby preventing users from needing to maintain large inventories. Regarding operation under harsh on-site conditions, adhering to objective laws, HITORK actuators are only supplied to customers after undergoing rigorous testing in the factory. Initially, in peripheral systems of users as well as utility systems such as desulfurization and chemical processing, HanKun actuators and HanKun valves have effectively resolved issues like leaks at flushing valves and slurry valves within desulfurization systems, thereby **reducing the number of on-site defects**. Starting with switch-type and basic versions for testing, these valves operate frequently without affecting the operation of the user’s main systems. After successful trials, testing was carried out on switch-type valves in power plant main equipment, followed by the introduction of control-type, frequently adjustable, and bus-type versions. The bus-type actuators have reached a high standard both domestically and internationally.
