Recently, the resistance of the air cap in the fluidized bed furnace has been gradually increasing; the ore composition has not changed, and the furnace temperature remains between 850–900 degrees. A phenomenon that hasn’t been seen in many years. Could that person explain what the reason is? Thank you so much!
Those who work with CFB boilers should understand the principle behind it, just as you do. This situation is most likely caused by a deformed air cap or leakage in the air chamber. The wind cap is deformed and blocked (which can lead to poor local boiling); a cold-state test is conducted to check whether the layer of material that falls is even. As the material layer rises, the wind pressure at the furnace bottom increases (the furnace pressure difference indicates whether the material layer has increased). Debris has entered the air chamber, blocking the inlet air cap (check the air chamber when the machine is stopped). Stop and conduct a blank board test, compare it with the original records, to rule out the influence of raw materials.
