When producing acid from smelting flue gas, the acid produced during periods of shutdown does not reach the 98.3% concentration required for high-quality sulfuric acid, and it also contains impurities that do not meet the standard specifications. How is this acid disposed of? It surely cannot be stored in the same acid tanks as the high-quality acid in order to be sold as such
One approach is to, if the chroma is fine, store it temporarily in a clean container, mix it with qualified acid in the proper proportions, and then gradually sell it； The second method is to sell it cheaply directly ； The third method is to store it temporarily, add a small amount of it to the synthesis reactor, and then it will be qualified – the principle is actually similar to that of the first method
