The production process for concentrated sulfuric acid seems simple, and the complete set of equipment is also well-developed. But they are all very large-scale, requiring investments in the tens of millions. In many operating conditions, concentrated sulfuric acid is not available locally, or it is extremely expensive. As a supplementary point, the necessity of this small production line. Abroad, especially in underdeveloped regions, chemical products or raw materials are either unavailable or extremely expensive. For example: In many areas there are minerals of high quality, but the flotation equipment required to process them is complex to operate and maintain, causes pollution, and is costly.
