As the title suggests, is there any PVC manufacturer that uses Reactor 106 to produce Type 2500 resin? How is the product quality?
It seems that resin of type 2500 with a polymerization degree is not produced using the calcium carbide method; it’s not clear whether it is produced via the ethylene method. The calcium carbide method corresponds to SG-0 type resin, which is a quite niche model
For the calcium carbide method, there are reports of production of HG1700 and 2500 grades; it would be possible to discuss this with those in the industry who have a fairly comprehensive range of such grades available, such as those from Tianye!
Xinjiang Tianye produces the model 2500; the brand is Yaxi, model TYH-2500
Currently, producing 2500 resin should no longer pose any significant technical challenges
