Solution to frequent clogging of the online injector nozzles for the pot coating agent in Akma Technology 143

What color is the clog in your wall coating nozzle, yellow-brown or white? Yellow-brown; it’s likely that rust has clogged the steam line. The white color is likely caused by the self-polymer. 1. Disassemble and clean it promptly ； 2. Check whether the steam filter is not effective ； 3. If the wall-coating solution does not work, try using a wall-coating solution from another manufacturer.
Confirm whether the steam automatic valve has internal leakage. Leaking steam will dry out the coating agent, causing clogs in the nozzles; we have encountered this issue before as well.
1. The coating bath fluid deteriorates and clumps form, causing blockages; 2. The steam is too dirty, with impurities such as rust causing blockages. Be careful to keep the coating tank liquid free from air, and check whether the steam filter is damaged
