The powder obtained after cyclone separation is always ultra-fine; if it contains large particles, the separation effect will be poor. Multi-stage cyclone separation can be used, or bag filters can be employed for separation. If the recovery tank contains only ultra-fine powder, the propylene recovery pump may not require an inlet filter either, with no impact on its operation
