On February 27, one month had passed since the trial operation began following the successful ignition of the core equipment for Qixiang Tengda Qilu Keli’s project to produce 8,000 tons per year of high-performance catalytic new materials at Shandong Energy New Materials Company. Once this project reaches full capacity, it will not only lead to improved economic benefits but also enhance the coordination within the group as well as its resilience to risks, thereby providing a strong and sustainable catalyst for high-quality development. 　　As the \"dual carbon\" goals advance, the market’s demand for catalysts with high performance, customization, and green characteristics continues to rise. To this end, Qilu Keli invested over 67 million yuan to launch a project for the annual production of 8,000 tons of high-performance catalytic new materials. To ensure the efficient progress of the project, the company hired industry experts as part of an advisory team and established a core project team of 8 members led by the general manager. The project team broke away from the traditional rigid model of \"one product, one production line\"; by developing generic equipment and processes, it created a flexible production platform that enables efficient mass production of existing products as well as rapid scaling up of new products developed in the laboratory. 　　Innovation is embedded in every detail: optimizing equipment parameters, advancing automation and digital transformation to overcome seasonal production constraints in the industry; collaborating on the development of exhaust gas self-purification technologies to achieve clean emissions; innovating in the hierarchical utilization of heat, resulting in annual savings of around 900,000 yuan in gas costs. At the same time, automation and digitalization reforms are implemented throughout the entire process, from the automatic weighing and addition of materials to the automatic transfer and packaging of products. This not only significantly reduces labor costs but also greatly enhances the stability and consistency among different product batches. 　　To ensure that the project reaches full production capacity and efficiency as soon as possible, Qixiang Tengda takes a proactive approach by adopting a \"production based on sales\" strategy. During the construction phase, it works to improve relevant mechanisms, expand the market, and strengthen management.
