On March 6, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Company’s high-efficiency large-tow production line with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons was successfully commissioned for the first time! Line 5 in the western area of Jilin Chemical Fiber Guoxing Carbon Fiber Company’s 60,000-ton carbon fiber production project was put into operation as scheduled. The project was launched in the second half of 2025, and it took nearly half a year to achieve commissioning after startup. Line 5 in the West Area of the 60,000-ton carbon fiber project is currently the world’s widest high-efficiency carbonization production line per line and per pass, with an annual designed capacity of over 4,000 tons. In the middle and late part of this month, 2 more carbonization lines will be put into operation one after another. By 2025, the group company is expected to achieve sales of 56,000 tons of carbon fiber, ranking first in the world.
