Excellent physical and chemical properties, such as tensile strength, elongation, flexibility, wear resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance. 2. Adjustable formulation, ranging from soft rubber (Shore A30) to hard elastomers (Shore D90), to meet various operational requirements. 3. It has excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the erosion of acids, alkalis, oils, water, and other substances with a pH range of 3–11. 4. Excellent wear resistance: in submerged conditions, its wear resistance is 8 times that of cemented carbide steel, 7 times that of vulcanized rubber, and 3 times that of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. 5. It features high resistance to salt spray corrosion and good freeze resistance, allowing for normal operation over a wide temperature range of -57°C to 93°C. Special models can withstand high temperatures of up to 170°C. Good adhesion properties: 1. Different primers and adhesives are used depending on the substrate; for all metal and non-metal substrates, there are suitable primers and adhesives available. 2. It has poor adhesion to silicone rubber and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Easy to construct: 1. Simple construction process; can be carried out at room temperature, insensitive to humidity and temperature, and causes no pollution. 2. Uses a complete set of equipment, enabling convenient construction and high efficiency ； The design thickness requirement can be achieved in a single construction phase. 3. The series of spraying equipment meets the various requirements for the installation of different components. Eco-friendly paint: 1. High solid content; it does not pollute the environment and is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCS). 2. It cures rapidly, without the need for a catalyst; it can be applied to curved, inclined, and vertical surfaces without causing sagging. Its gel time is short, with walking strength being achieved within just a few dozen minutes. Attractive appearance: Various colors and dyes can be added to create products in different colors; as a result, they remain clean and have an attractive appearance, without fading over time. 2. It has good prototype reproducibility; the coating is continuous and dense, free of seams or pores, offering an attractive and practical appearance as well as excellent UV protection.
