What are the principles regarding the classification of underground pipes in petrochemical plants, as well as the sequence of construction for underground pipes, piles, and foundations? 1. What are the differences between first-level ground management, second-level ground management, and third-level ground management? Regarding the selection of anti-corrosion grades for underground pipes, which ones use ordinary or premium grades (glass cloth + coal tar pitch)? In what situations is 3PE used? 2. What is the construction sequence for ground pipes and pile foundations? Should we drive the piles first, then install the underground pipes? Should the underground pipes be laid first and then pilings driven? In my opinion, it’s the former. 3. What is the sequence of construction for the underground pipes and the foundation? Should the foundation be laid first and then the underground pipes installed, or should the underground pipes be installed first and then the foundation constructed? When I worked on projects in the past, I would first lay a solid foundation (no pile driving if the geological conditions were good; the foundation was built to a depth of 3 meters), and then backfill the soil up to 2 meters above the level of the underground pipes.
