Anhui Lvxia Zhijian has obtained a patent for an installation structure using foam concrete wall panels attached to steel column frames, which helps to improve welding strength and eliminate safety hazards. According to information from the Intellectual Property Office, dated August 5, 2025, Anhui Lvxia Zhijian Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent titled “An Installation Structure Using Foam Concrete Wall Panels Attached to Steel Column Frames”; the approval number is CN223189872U, with the application date being July 2024. The patent abstract indicates that this utility model relates to the field of prefabricated structural technologies, and specifically to an installation structure for foam concrete wall panels using steel section columns. When in use, this practical new design increases the length of the vertical columns, so that the welding points of the crossbeams are moved downward relative to the support plate, to the bodies of the vertical columns. This prevents welding from occurring simultaneously on both the upper surface and the sides of the support plate, thereby reducing the welding stress within the support plate. As a result, cracks at the welding points between the support plate and the vertical columns above it can be effectively avoided, ultimately achieving an improvement in welding strength and the elimination of safety hazards.
