The centrifugal compressor’s lubricating oil system is flushed through internal circulation; it generally takes a few days to clean it thoroughly. Arranged as: compressor + gearbox + motor
It generally takes 2 to 3 days to rinse it clean. .
This should be determined based on the inspection parameters after oil circulation. We were once assigned to work shifts of 24 hours, knocking on pipes.
Whether it has been rinsed clean is not determined by visual inspection.
Judging from the scale of the units, in the past, for the larger units, it was basically 15-20 days
If the pipes have already been flushed and only need to be connected to the equipment at the end, it will take about a few days to complete, assuming nothing else happens.
