Current requirements for applying for a license to handle hazardous chemicals: 1. An office building of Class A – a lease agreement must be provided. 2. Registered hazardous chemicals manufacturers, established in accordance with the law, may sell the hazardous chemicals they produce within their own premises without needing to obtain a license for the operation of hazardous chemicals.
