Dingxi Rubber, which is part of Huamao in Dongying Port, has gone bankrupt. Tongzhou Rubber Round, owned by Dongchen Holdings, has been working on this project for many years; the steel structure has been built and the stationary equipment has been installed, but there are no pipelines yet. The staff have spent a long time learning how to operate this facility. It’s a project that doesn’t generate profits, and many other companies also find it difficult to succeed with such unprofitable projects
