By the end of October, the total production volume of the 8 new polyolefin grades developed by Yangzi Petrochemical this year had already exceeded the annual target, thus fulfilling the annual production goals set by the headquarters ahead of schedule. Yangzi Petrochemical established a leadership team for the development, production, sales, and application of new products, headed by company executives, to approve annual plans for new product development and market promotion, as well as to address promptly any obstacles that might arise in these processes. It also set up project teams for development, production, sales, and application, with the production plants playing a key role in these teams, which helped to improve the efficiency of new product development and customer satisfaction. To ensure the stable production of new polyolefin products, Yangzi Petrochemical conducted a thorough assessment in advance of the production lines that were to be converted for these new products, and arranged the timing and procedures for the conversion in a scientific manner. During the trial production phase, operating procedures were strictly followed, and the operation status of the plants was monitored in real time to detect any minor changes, thereby ensuring stable production and product quality.
