The feedstock for the aromatic hydrocarbons project in the vacuum distillation unit is M100 fuel oil. So, how should the saline wastewater generated by the electrodesalination tank be treated? This wastewater contains heavy metals, excessive COD levels, excessive nitrogen compounds, and excessive sulfides – can it be sent directly to a wastewater treatment plant?
