It has been in use since the leak at the bottom was repaired the year before E301; this time, the weld joint leaked again during operation. There are many cracks detected by magnetic particle testing at the bottom, along with slight bulging. Replacement is confirmed; the timeline is around three months, and the cost is over five million. For now, temporary reinforcements will be used. Some places have been changed to a vertical format; do you have any good suggestions?
On what device is it used? Device parameters?
Are you referring to the water cooler at the outlet of the pyrolysis gas section? What caused the cracks?
