On August 4, the project for developing key technologies for the production of α-olefins from Fischer-Tropsch oil products, as well as carrying out pilot-scale demonstrations, which is being undertaken by the Ningxia Coal-to-Oil Chemical Engineering Construction Command, officially commenced. Participating units in the ceremony included the Coal-to-Oil Branch, the Research Institute for Coal Chemical Industry Technology, Shandong Haicheng Petrochemical Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Ningxia Lingzhou Engineering Supervision and Consulting Co., Ltd., and Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. The project on the development of key technologies for producing α-olefins from Fischer-Tropsch oil and its pilot-scale demonstration is a pilot project under the **Energy Group’s ‘2030 Major Projects’. Building on the jointly developed laboratory techniques for the separation of Fischer-Tropsch oil as well as for acid and oxygen removal, a pilot plant will be constructed in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base. Through these pilot tests, a comprehensive set of technical solutions and design protocols will be developed, providing technical support for the expansion of the fine chemical industry chain. The construction site for this project is located within the oil product synthesis plant area of the coal-to-oil branch, covering an area of approximately 1,200 square meters, with a construction period of 3 months. In the second half of the year, the command center will focus closely on the work strategy of \"completion, construction, and departure,\" working hard to address key tasks such as the completion of projects, the preliminary stages of new projects, the implementation of new initiatives, the expansion of the industrial chain, and the expansion of construction management services overseas to generate revenue and improve efficiency. It will take proactive actions to drive the transformative development of the command center. In the first half of this year, the approach of \"going out\" outlined by the Coal-to-Oil Chemical Engineering Project Construction Command at the beginning of the year to generate additional revenue and improve efficiency has begun to bear fruit: 44 potential projects for 2021 (including 21 projects in the Ningdong base) were identified as targets for market development ； The project management service agreement for Wuzhong Beilian was signed, and the project design as well as on-site construction management progressed steadily. As of June, a total revenue of 813,000 yuan had been generated, helping the client save 8 million yuan in project investment; the client gave a 100% satisfaction rating for three consecutive months ； Signed a \"Project Management Cooperation Agreement\" with the Management Committee of Jinji Industrial Park in Wuzhong City ； Assist the project owner of the technical renovation project at Guodian Power Ningxia Yinglite Chemical Co., Ltd., which aims to increase the annual production capacity of calcium carbide to 300,000 tons, in preparing the bidding documents ； An agreement was reached on the Ningxia Wangshuitang (hazardous chemicals) logistics center project.
