In the loop tube process, a filter is added downstream of the D502 fluidized bed dryer to trap ribbon material, with the filter screens being cleaned regularly. As the grade is changed (under different melt flow rates), the amount of ribbon material varies sometimes – it can be more or less. It also changes depending on seasonal temperatures, and the frequency of these changes varies; sometimes there is no blockage for several days at a time ； The level control of F301 experiences large fluctuations. The issues related to the flash line piping have been considered: including uneven pipe walls ； There are issues such as misalignment of the connection flanges and gaskets, but it is not possible to stop operations for inspections at the moment.
