The technical renovation project for Zibo Liancarbon Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 45,000 tons per year C5 deep processing facility is located in the Qilu Chemical Industry Zone in Linzi District, Zibo City. The project aims to upgrade and modify the existing 30,000 tons per year C5 deep processing facility. New facilities such as degasification towers and redegasification towers will be constructed for the raw material pretreatment unit, C5 hydrogenation unit, hydration and hydrolysis reaction units, tert-butanol purification unit, and pentane unit. The facilities in the etherification unit, etherolysis unit, and isoprene purification unit will also be optimized and adjusted. The processing capacity for raw material C5 will increase from 30,000 tons per year to 45,000 tons per year (of which 15,000 tons per year will come from pyrolyzed C5 and 30,000 tons per year from MTO C5). The production capacity for tert-butanol will rise from 2,000 tons per year to 4,000 tons per year, while the production capacity for isoprene will increase from 8,500 tons per year to 20,000 tons per year. The technical renovation project for the vinylene carbonate production workshop at Shandong Yonghao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. involves an existing production facility capable of producing 2,000 tons per year of vinylene carbonate (VC). Through operational experience, it has been found that some of the equipment does not fully meet the requirements set by the design; the distillation process is labor-intensive, the yield of the final product in the crystallization stage is low, and there is high consumption of raw materials. Your company plans to invest 80 million yuan to upgrade the existing vinyl carbonate production facility by optimizing its manufacturing processes. New equipment such as centrifuges, plate and frame filter presses, distillation kettles, decolorization tanks, and metering tanks will be installed. Additionally, automatic control instruments and valves will be added to the relevant processing steps, while the existing primary distillation kettles, dehydration kettles, as well as some distillation columns and kettles will also be upgraded. This technical upgrade project makes full use of the existing utility, auxiliary, storage and transportation, as well as environmental protection facilities within the factory; no new land is required, nor are any new factories to be built. Once the upgrade is completed, the products produced by this facility and its production capacity will remain unchanged. The total investment for Zibo Xianglizhi High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd.’s 360-ton/year maleic anhydride catalyst project is 110 million yuan, of which 1.5 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures. A new 360t/a maleic anhydride catalyst plant (2 production lines for catalyst manufacturing, each with a capacity of 180t/a), warehouses, storage tanks, pipe racks, and accompanying environmental protection facilities will be constructed. Other kung fu facilities rely on existing ones. Anhydride catalysts are produced in batches, and the main production processes include raw material preparation, condensation reaction, transfer and cooling, pressure filtration, drying, calcination, granulation, ring pressing, activation, and refined alcohol mixing. Among them, the processes of raw material preparation, condensation reaction, pouring and cooling, pressure filtration, drying, calcination, refined alcohol mixing, and activated carbon desorption are all batch production processes, while granulation, ring pressing, and activation are continuous production processes.
