Contract for the design of Zibo Xintai Petrochemical’s green and low-carbon integrated olefin project signed!

On January 5, the signing ceremony for the design contract of Zibo Ruilin’s green and low-carbon olefin integration project was held at Saiding Building. Li Chanle, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Saiding Company, and Cui Xuejian, General Manager of Zibo Ruilin Chemical Co., Ltd., signed the contract on behalf of their respective parties. During the signing ceremony, the leaders of both sides held a discussion, engaging in friendly exchanges on Shandong Province’s development strategy of \"increasing quality and reducing oil use\" as well as the planning for the future of the enterprises. Both sides agreed to further intensify their cooperation, leverage their complementary strengths to achieve mutual benefit, and work together to create new triumphs for the green chemical industry. The project is located in Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. Once operational, it will be able to produce 350,000 tons of phenol propionate and 240,000 tons of bisphenol A per year. This will help Zibo Ruilin Chemical become a leading enterprise in the petrochemical industry that emphasizes resource conservation, environmental friendliness, and technological innovation, thereby contributing to the regional economy and local social development. Zibo Ruilin Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is a subsidiary of Zibo Xintai Petrochemical. The major project currently under construction is an optimization project for the production of aromatic products with an annual capacity of 250,000 tons. This project is located in Fenghuang Town, Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, and covers an area of 6,000 square meters. Once completed and put into operation, it will be able to produce 250,000 tons of propane per year, which will help fill the gap in domestic demand for propane and enhance the self-sufficiency of China in terms of propane and related industries. Zibo Xintai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was established in March 2005. In recent years, the company has gradually shifted from oil refining to the chemical industry, investing 12 billion yuan primarily in the construction of a 1 million tons per year light hydrocarbon-based propane production facility, a 900,000 tons per year propane dehydrogenation facility, a 300,000 tons per year propane dehydrogenation facility, a 350,000 tons per year polypropylene production facility, another 300,000 tons per year polypropylene production facility, a 300,000 tons per year propylene oxide production facility, as well as the associated storage, transportation systems and utility facilities. At present, the Phase 6 alkanes comprehensive utilization project, with a total investment of 20.36 billion yuan, and the Phase 7 green and low-carbon olefins integration project have been fully launched. These initiatives aim to help the enterprise establish a complete industrial chain that spans from crude oil to olefins, and from olefins to high-end polyolefins and specialty chemicals, as part of its \"third entrepreneurial drive.\" The goal is to build the largest carbon triolefins production and deep-processing base in Shandong Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1958.
