According to Sinochem New Network, as of December 4, the Zhongkang oil field in the Inner Mongolia exploration area of the Zhongyuan Oilfield had produced and sold a total of 26,038.40 tons of crude oil, thus completing its annual production target of 26,000 tons 27 days ahead of schedule. Since the beginning of the year, Zhongkang Oilfield in Inner Mongolia’s exploration area has been focusing on its annual crude oil production targets, continuously strengthening oilfield management to ensure safe production and maintain stable production and sales levels. An evaluation was conducted on the performance of the 14 energy-storing fracturing wells to be implemented in 2024; it was found that wells located in river overlap areas, with relatively thick oil layers, good reservoir properties, and high oil saturation, achieve better oil production improvements when subjected to energy-storing fracturing. Another 4 wells will be drilled in 2025, with Zhongkang 17-30 and Zhongkang 17-39 achieving an oil production increase of over 2.6 tons. At the same time, in line with the crude oil production targets, the causes of abnormal wells were analyzed comprehensively, and the injection and production patterns for 17 wells were optimized, resulting in an increase of 161 tons of oil production per day ； 9 well operations were carried out to restore wells that had been shut in for long periods and to optimize the interval production system, resulting in an increase in daily oil production of 3.1 tons. By combining well history, past operations, and on-site monitoring data, a systematic analysis was conducted to identify the reasons for well shutdowns. Geological management as well as measures to prevent and address such shutdowns were strengthened. Throughout the year, maintenance operations were carried out on 35 wells, and the “five minor measures” were applied to 62 wells. The rate of well shutdowns was kept at around 2.21%, and the average pumping cycle time increased by 50 days compared to the same period in the previous year. The three-level \"red, yellow, blue\" management system for well control is strictly implemented; blue-class wells are inspected every two weeks, while yellow-class wells are inspected monthly. A total of 18 potential well control hazards were identified and addressed in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of all oil and water wells. Next, the Zhongkang Oilfield in the Inner Mongolia exploration area will focus on process management, paying close attention to aspects such as construction site oversight, crude oil sales, and fire prevention in grasslands during winter and spring. Every effort will be made to establish a solid defense mechanism for safe production in winter, ensuring a stable daily output of crude oil; the goal is to exceed production targets by more than 2,000 tons for the whole year. At the same time, further research will be conducted to conduct precise segmentation of reservoirs and studies on remaining oil, in order to identify the most effective strategies for increasing production and laying the groundwork for higher production levels next year.
