Over the past 4 years, with the goal of becoming a specialized high-tech producer of polyolefin catalysts that excels in six key areas, the company has, based on the \"8S management system\", built high-quality management, R&D, production, and service teams characterized by a willingness to take responsibility, a spirit of innovation, and a commitment to collaborative work. The company currently has two production lines with an annual capacity of 100 tons each for polyolefin catalysts, used to produce polyethylene and polypropylene catalysts. After 4 years of hard work in business development, the JCES series of high-performance polyethylene catalysts have gained recognition from a wide range of customers. They are widely used in industrial applications in slurry polyethylene plants such as Mitsubishi Oil Chemical’s CX process, Basell’s Hest process, and Ineos’ loop process, demonstrating good compatibility and stable operation in these various plants. It exhibits high catalyst activity, good copolymerization and hydrogen regulation properties; the polyethylene powder has a good particle morphology, a concentrated particle size distribution, and little fine powder. At present, Jincheng Chemical has become a supplier of high-quality polyolefin catalysts for China National Ordnance Industry Group, China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Group, as well as various large private petrochemical enterprises and some foreign companies.
