The value generated by high-value-added synthetic resin products increased by 93.5% compared with the previous year, while sales volume rose by 1.8%. 　　Shanghai Petrochemical has established multiple specialized technical service teams that go into key sectors such as pharmaceuticals and the automotive industry to work with clients on developing customized material solutions. At the same time, it stays abreast of developments in the raw material market and downstream industries, flexibly adjusting sales strategies and inventory management. For different high-end products, it adopts a tailored pricing approach for each one, thereby effectively increasing the added value of these products. 　　At present, high-end polyolefin specialty materials produced by Shanghai Petrochemical account for over 90% of its synthetic resin products. It continues to expand its market share in strategic emerging fields such as packaging for new energy batteries and special films, thereby gaining a certain advantage as a pioneer in these areas.
