The impeller ring of this pump is made of 304 material, the impeller itself is made of ZG1CR13NI, the pump casing is made of ZG230-450, and the pump body ring is also made of 304 material. The medium handled by this pump is sludge. Recently, the sludge filter used in production has been clogging frequently, and sometimes the filter is not cleaned in time
Cavitation does not necessarily occur only at the inlet
The sludge contains particulate impurities, so erosion and cavitation must be severe.

If the filter gets clogged frequently, it is recommended to use one filter along with a spare or replace it with a more suitable filtering device

Yes, the selection was a mistake. It was originally a 2 1/2PW sewage pump, but its seal was of the skeleton-type and would break frequently; later, an error was made when selecting a new pump
