Huadong Oil & Gas put into use a 200,000-ton/year CO2 recovery skid unit. Recently, the Huadong Oil & Gas branch successfully commissioned a 200,000-ton/year CO2 recovery skid unit that was developed and constructed by Nanhua Company. This system is primarily used to capture and recover carbon dioxide emissions generated in the coal-to-hydrogen process; through purification and liquefaction processes, liquid carbon dioxide product is obtained, with a capture rate of up to 95% and a product purity of 99.8%.

Skid-mounted refers to a form of assembly in which a set of equipment is fixed onto a chassis made of angle steel or I-beam. Skid-mounted equipment usually includes devices such as valves and pumps, and these devices are already installed. When connected to other systems, no additional intermediate devices are needed; connection can be achieved simply by using pipelines.
