For the recovery of organic materials, rotary vertical vacuum units are used; a cold trap is installed before the gas enters the equipment. After just one month of operation, the required vacuum level is not achieved, the interior of the chamber often gets clogged, and the motor trips. . . Could the seniors give some advice?
Isn’t it a front-end issue? The area of the distillation condenser is insufficient / the exhaust gas is not clean enough
The problem lies at the front; the gas and liquid have not been fully separated.
Use a screw vacuum pump, and the problem is solved!
Even after replacing the screw vacuum pump, it’s still very troublesome to disassemble and assemble it. I want to add a filter at the air intake. Filters are also installed between the pumps; I’m not sure if that will solve the problem.
