The processing accuracy of the equipment is different. If the nylon sleeve wears quickly, it needs to be adjusted. If the nylon sleeve wears slowly, it does not need to be adjusted. Obvious deviations must be corrected.
The motor end cover has a stop, commonly known as an alignment table, which is used to align the motor shaft and the pump shaft on the same axis. As can be seen in the picture, the corrosion is not large, and the concentricity deviation should not be large, so alignment is not necessary.
If the pump and connecting body, motor and connecting body are all positioned with stop openings, there is no need to align them.
