What causes it? Is the design unreasonable, or is the grade of lubricant used incorrect? The feedback given to the manufacturer is merely to advise more frequent refilling!
Check if there’s a problem with the sealing
The sealing is fine; oil coming out of the upper vent should be a normal phenomenon. However, it’s unreasonable for oil to come out of the entire first-stage reduction gearbox – I don’t understand why this is happening.
Send a picture to take a look. There must be a leak; otherwise, the lubricant wouldn’t stay hidden
