How to deal with a sharp whistling sound when the air compressor is under load?

Hello, I work in the air compressor industry. Do you have any help with a question? I have an 10HP air compressor connected directly. When the machine is under load, there is a very loud whistling sound occurring between 5KG and 8KG of pressure; it seems to come from the air tank. This problem did not occur with other machines I used before, so it’s likely a problem with this particular machine. However, I can’t determine where the sound is coming from. The manufacturer said it might be a pipeline issue. The outlet from my pressure valve has a 6-inch diameter, and the hose connected to it also has a 6-inch diameter; the length of the hose is 1.5 meters. The air tank itself has a 1.5-inch diameter, which corresponds to a 6-inch pipe, and there are no extra bends in the piping. For an 10HP machine, a 6-inch pipe should be sufficient. Even after replacing the hose with one that is 1.5 inches in diameter, the same sharp whistling sound persists. What can I do to eliminate this noise? It prevents the machine from functioning properly and is very disruptive to those around me. Please help! Thank you
The pipeline was checked with soapy water, and there was no sign of air leakage; it’s really impossible to identify where the problem lies

Bro, my compressor has the same issue; it’s indeed a pipeline problem. After I replaced one of the pipes with a stainless steel wire hose, a whistling sound appeared
But it’s the same – low pressure is applied to high pressure; once things stabilize, there’s no whistling sound anymore
