Dear experts: Hello everyone. I majored in mechanical engineering, and I am now trying to create an installation and commissioning plan for a compressor, but I’m not sure what specific elements should be included. If anyone has previously prepared such a plan, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me for reference. Thank you. The equipment includes turbines, centrifugal compressors, dry gas seals, oil systems, rehydration units, vacuum pumps, etc. So far, I only know about equipment lifting, installation, grouting, electrical and instrumentation wiring, cable laying, alignment, individual testing, and joint testing； Are there any other key milestones? It would be helpful to have a relevant schedule for reference. Thank you everyone.
There are many aspects related to the mechanical installation. Following the sequence indicated in the drawings and taking into account the layout of the plant, priority is given to installing the main components, such as the condenser itself, the turbine unit, the generator stator and exciter, the lubrication oil station, the low-pressure heater, the high-pressure heater, the exhaust pump, and so on. After that, the pipelines are installed in groups and series according to the drawings, such as those for the steam system, the circulating water system, the oil system, and many more. And this doesn’t even include the commissioning process, the electrical components, the instrumentation, etc. It’s really impossible to explain everything clearly in just a few words
