Problem of material accumulation at the bottom of the cyclone separator

In the cyclone separator of an air jet mill, material accumulates at the bottom; it is loose and does not form clumps. A star valve is installed at the bottom. Have you encountered the same problem? What could be the cause, and are there any effective solutions?
Some say it’s due to static electricity, but the equipment is grounded as a whole, so there can’t be any static electricity
Is it because the particles are large and there isn’t enough airflow, so they can’t be removed?
Is the material fed by gravity or with a rotary valve?
There should be accumulated material at the bottom of the cyclone separator, right? Or is it true that there’s too much accumulated material there? Check whether it’s the high resistance of the cloth bag or the low total pressure of the induced air
Then check again to see if there has been any change in your particle size
