Why does the pointer of the pressure gauge keep vibrating with the pre-air and isolation air in use? It stops vibrating when the valve is opened wider
At a low opening degree of the valve, the dry gas seal may not be able to provide proper sealing, resulting in leakage from the dry gas seal and pressure fluctuations
It vibrates even when fully open, and I suspect there is a leak in the check valve in front of the pressure gauge; once the pressure is released, the gauge also returns to zero
We’re shut down; is it because the pressure in the pipeline network is below 0.2, which prevents the check valve from opening and causes vibration?
But why doesn’t the sealing gas vibrate, while the isolation gas does? The pressure of the sealing gas is higher than that of the isolation gas
