Solution to powder feeding issues

A solution for automatic powder feeding is now needed; the main pipeline carries water, and after the powder is added, it needs to be fully mixed before being pumped out through a centrifugal pump. What equipment is suitable for handling powder materials? How can we prevent water from reaching the powder? What can be used to ensure thorough mixing after adding powder? I hope my friends can offer some guidance
All I know is that when mixing inside a pipe, there is something called a static mixer. I don’t know about the rest
